ESGCO 2022 | Registration

Registration fee includes: admittance to all scientific sections, congress kit, coffee breaks, welcome reception (October 9th), gala dinner (October 11th), lunches (October 10th, October 11th), certificate of attendance.

Accompanying person fee includes: coffee breaks, welcome reception (October 9th), gala dinner (October 11th), lunches (October 10th, October 11th).

*For registration as a student a confirmation letter of a supervisor or a proof of your status of student must be sent to registration@esgco2022.sk before July 31st, 2022.

Cancellation: If the registration cancellation made before July 31st, 2022, 50% of the total paid registration fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. The registration fee will be no refundable if the registration cancellation made after August 1st, 2022.

Additional bank handling fee will be borne by delegates for the refund.

Visa: Organizer provides Conference visa support to the participants who require a visa application to attend the event. We will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the dates of the event, the organizer’s details, including contact information, and confirmation of your registration to attend the event. Make sure that you have registered to attend the event and completed your payment. Requests without proof of payment can not be accommodated.
